I ordered a free trial from Garcinia Max Now, and when I was charged for the full amount (before my trial had even come close to ending), they told me that I should have read the terms & conditions (understandable), and that my next shipment was on its way, but that they would cancel it going forward. I was told that if I wanted a refund, I should initiate their refund process, and send it back for a refund minus the restocking fee, which I was fine to accept. However, I never received the shipment, so I emailed again and asked if I could instead be refunded the full amount, if they weren't going to send it. They informed me that my account had been canceled. I replied back saying that yes, my account was canceled going forward, but I would like to be refunded for the bottle that I did not get. No reply yet.
