they charged me for a dress I did not recieve, I recieved one email in response to the sizing of the dress, but have not heard anything back..... I tried to connect with the chat on line, but this was unsuccessful.. I left a lengthy voice mail through customer service but still have heard nothing. I am extremely concerned that this was and is a total scam???
