Ordered pain reliever for frozen shoulder last January 17. Received immediate confirmation under the name of Jeff Brown. They promised to deliver the item via US Postal Service in 2-3 weeks. Followed up the order last February 10 but no reply. Sent another email today but it bounced. To date, the ordered item remains undelivered.
