“I just received my watch from watchesowner.com and am greatly disappointed, I ordered a stainless steel, 35mm, Yachtmaster with a grey face and a 31 jewel Japanese chronometer movement. I was sent a stainless steel, 33mm, Yachtmaster with a sand-colored face and a cheap generic Chinese movement. The logo on the bracelet is barely legible, the face is too small for the case, and the links to not move freely. Opening the case reveals a dark, unfinished movement, through a loupe you can see a jewel is frozen to a gear, and the jewel is turning with the gear. I have purchased 7 replica watches over the past year and this watch from watchowners.com/top-watches.com is absolutely the very worst quality.
I have contacted customer support, and if you are reading this, they offered no assistance.”
