I ordered shoes on this site on October 19th, 2011, and I checked on the status of shipping on these boots I had bought, and the status for weeks was still set as "pending". I emailed customer service several times, as there was no phone number to call, and I never got any replies back nor did I get an email with confirmation on my order or receipt for the boots. This site is a complete scam, and I should have known due to there not being any contact information or phone numbers to call, I beg no one to use this. VISA told me that my money was taken out in Yen, from Beijing..
