I came across Bidrack.com and decided to register since they advertised FREE registration. After I registered, to my surprise, I saw that I was charged $99.00. I called the toll-free number and talked to a customer service rep who stated they could only refund me $72.00 because they have a $27 registration fee that is non-refundable. This $27 non-refundable fee is not stated on their website, but is disguised as a FREE registration.

- GOOD LUCK RON! THEY PROMISED ME A COMPLETE REFUND AT FIRST THEN SENT THE E-MAIL SAYING THEY HAVE AN ABSOLUTE NO REFUND POLICY BUT HERE'S 100 FREE BIDS FOR YOUR "CONFUSION". OF COURSE I SAID NO THANKS SO THEY HUNG UP ON ME. HAVEN'T HEARD OF ANYONE GETTING MONEY BACK, MY BBB, BANK AND POLICE HAVE HEARD OF THEM. EVEN MY BANK SAID AT FIRST THAT THEY WOULD JUST RECHARGE ME IF THE BANK GAVE IT BACK TO ME SO AS MY SITE STATES I JUST CHANGED MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. GOT MY MONEY BACK IN 3 DAYS, NEW CREDIT CARD IN 6 DAYS AND HAVEN'T HEARD FREOM THEM AGAIN. MAYBE THEY'LL TRY TO SUE ME!? GOOD LUCK TO YOU--IT JUST MADE ME SOOO MAD. THEY HAVE DIIFFERENT REGISTRATION SITES AND AMOUNTS AND THE ONLY CONSISTENT THING IS THEY CHARGE FOR NOTHING, EXCUSE ME--- STEAL!!!AND THEY HAVE A "NO REFUND POLICY"
