I booked many tickets with Allegiant and had a record of them in My Trips account on their website till their made a tricky move and erased all my info without the warning. I trusted their website and haven't kept additional record of my bought tickets. I got a voice message from them that I booked 2 tickets on the same flight on my name, because I lost a track of my tickets due to their shady action. I called them to get my tickets record back and I found out that I also missed one flight from LAS to HNL FlexTrip protected. Rep told me to send an E-mail on their website to get reimbursement. I received a computer generated reply that missed flight can't be refunded which is completely not applicable to my situation. And that is not a first bad experience I had with them. Words can't describe except that Allegiant is a snake and a fraud!!!
