I Ordered a free trial of Equinox skin products with only paying for shipping costs I thought. .This is what their add said, with no mention of further costs after 14 days. I was charged shipping and received items about 5 days later. Then I checked my credit card statement later and I was charged these other charges many days later. I did not agree to any other fees after 14days because this was not clarified at the time of purchase. When I called the company the person I spoke with said iI did. This isn't true to my knowledge. This add just said try a free 14day skin care for these shipping costs. In which I thought that is what I was getting. A trial size. They didn't say, we are sending you a product to try and you then will be charged full price after 14days.
