I responded to an email blast, sent from a publication that I trust, with an offer for a free package of spiced rub from a 'valued partner'. We have a Traeger smoker so thought I'd try the product. I uploaded my shipping and ccard info but apparently missed the Terms which resulted in this outfit slamming me into two charges of $9.95 ea per MONTH to join gourmetcookingonline.com. WTF??? I called today and read them the riot act, and they refunded 90 days worth of charges (beyond the 30 days they state in their 'money back guarantee' in their terms). So beyond the $9.95 I paid for a 'free' 8oz. bag of rub, I'm out $19.90 for December. BUYER BEWARE! This company SUCKS and deserves every bit of bad press and flaming they get for SLAMMING customers into charges with ZERO notification for opt-outs.
