after being with global for a few years and having my share of smaller issues with them , this morning i get a email response to why i cant seem to log in to my acct just hours after cashing out my points for 125.00 in amazon vouchers they said basically i was committing fraud by having multiple accts with them ( which i have never had ) so that's a lie ! it seems like every time you let your points build up so that you can cash in over 100.00 or once you cash out for over 100.00 worth of anything they find a excuse to close or cancel or suspend you acct but this time is the worst in the past the excuses that took weeks of email tag and complaints by me have been your acct was suspended because your using firefox as your browser , your using aol as your source of email , our survey invites came back to us as rejected by you as spam , but this is the worst, fraud ? that's crazy they said since they have all this proof they are terminating my acct and all points and orders associated with it , so now the order placed for my 125.00 in amazon gift vouchers are null and void im a single mom and this voucher was going to be used to by bday presents for my little girl now i will have nothing for her bday and they are no longer responding to emails so they basically slammed the door in my face and all based on a lie i have been loyal to them for years and this is what i get , ok fine but at the very least you can give me what i earned and worked so hard on for a long time for my little girls bday presents i placed that order days ago and have received the confirmation email minutes after placing the order say my order was received and will be processed and completed in 7 days then hours later im locked out of my acct and this morning told im not getting any of it SHAME ON YOU GLOBAL !!!!
