I ordered a GoPro camera from Valuebasket on 5 Dec 2013. After numerous emails & phonecalls and empty promises to expedite my order/ give my order their highest priority/ upgrade my order to express delivery, the order failed to show. In sheer frustration I cancelled the order on 30 December and was promised a refund within 3-5 business days - THAT WAS 80 DAYS AGO and there is still no sign of it despite numerous emails, phone calls and empty promises.
I'm only now checking out reviews of VB online and guess what: The web is littered with negative reviews of them.
