I'm being charged again for product that I have a copy of only told I would be charged for shipping and handling of $4.95. There was no invoice or receipt when product arrived. This is the second time that $98.95 is being charged to my bank account. I also have a copy of the add I was charged $4.95 for only shipping and handling.
