Ordered on line 2/13/2014, Order #970, paid via PayPal. Money actually went to a Hispanic last name individual. 2/14, item shown on their website as shipped and inquiry about tracking. They responded and said that they had no tracking but that order will be delivered within 7-9 business days. More 12 business days passed and on 3/4 asked what happened to order. They responded and said it will arrive Monday 3/10. Monday came and NO delivery. 3/11 inquiry about where is order and responded later in the saying "We will look into it". Several emails/questions were sent again on 3/14, 3/17 and 3/20 but NO RESPONSE this time. A PayPal dispute/claim was initiated on 3/20. No package or refund yet...
