I attempted to do an address change with usps and this stupid company end up being the company I paid my money to, I have donethis before with the real USPS and the charge was only $1.00, so while still on the website printing my receipt my text alert came through for $39.95, I was so pissed. It has only been 15 minutes and I have called each and every number listed none of the numbers gave me a live person it just rings until it becomes busy, the address is to a very nice home I must say, but I be damn if they will even feed fish off my lil chocho's. I filed a dispute with my bank but nothing can be done until the money is no longer pending, then it takes 10 days for them to dipute it.....If I could get my hands on these people I sware....PEOPLE BEWARE
