Insight Property Inspection (IPI) hired us to market their company on the internet and that is exactly what we did! The owner, Eric Outlaw of Insight Property Inspection (IPI) is an individual that compares to no one that we have ever dealt with! We have serviced thousands of companies and he is the only one who has been abusive, aggressive and unreasonable (borderline - Psychotic!) IPI signed up with us late November 2010. Within 21 days his listing was active on the Internet (as usual.) On January 25, 2011 Google made a World Wide announcement that they are making unprecedented change in their Algorithms, which affected company’s nationwide. When this happened were proactive with Eric’s account and explained that in order to get his account back in good standings, he will be sent out a postcard from Google, and when he receives it to please call us with the pin code that is inside of the postcard. Eric seemed like he understood at the time. When he finally received the postcard he called our Client Services department demanding NOT to give us the pin code to activate his listing? (This is not very smart, because we explained to Eric that no one can activate a Google listing without this pin code!!??) He was nothing short of Unstable as he was SCREAMING and SCARING the entire staff. That is when I had to come into the picture and find out why this guy was just plain Nasty, Demanding and Threatening? He then proceeded to explain that he did not understand what all we’ve done for his company (again, not very bright.) I diplomatically explained the situation and even graciously offered him a 2 week billing extension for the 2 weeks of downtime he experienced. He continued to be irate and uncooperative. I gladly sent him an e-mail with all the work in chronological order to prove that we in fact have successfully completed everything that we have done for his company. He replied with an email, illegally trying to extort us if we did not give him all of his Money Back Immediately! He exclaimed that if we did not, he would write UNTRUE and UNDESERVED negative reviews about our company, which leads me to set the record straight. One Box Listings is a Class Act. We have the best product on the market at the absolute best price and we pride ourselves on being honest with hard work with integrity. It is just so unbelievable that we serve thousands of Clients and he is the only Company that doesn’t have the sense to follow directions. This individual has been unjust, uncooperative and unruly. Just for the record, we don’t work for Free and we don’t take kindly to scam artist that try to get something for nothing. We have since turned this matter over to our corporate attorney as we will not be subject to anyone trying to smudge our name, hard work and integrity!

I experienced the Nightmare of doing business with Insight

In the decades of doing business, IPI is the only company that can honestly think of as being the most unprofessional and incompetent I have ever been experienced. Aric Outlaw was nothing short of Unstable as he was SCREAMING
and SCARING us verbally!

After being nasty, unpredictable and unprofessional he actually
tried to extort me! (And have the proof for anyone who would like to witness it?) This individual is unjust, uncooperative and unruly. Just for the record, we have since turned this matter over to our attorney, as we will not be subject to anyone trying to extort or
illegally threaten us! The fact is that this guy is unstable and incapable of doing business period! We are sympathetic to anyone that would entertain the thought of doing business with the Moron after this report?????????????
