Had exactly the same experience as many on here. have tried to call their customer service on 0800 404 6960 no one answers. Have been calling since Monday. Also logged on to the same domain and they have changed the look and feel of the site and profess not to be a scaming company - completeted the contact us form on there and yet again no reply.
