Charlse Andrade can NOT be trusted to deliver on his promises and has a proven track record of failure to deliver, deception and general bad practice. Questionable moral standards and unethical behavior.

- Yes, I feel that Charles Andrade is very unethical. He gets people to join him in a business and when it doesn't go the way he said he blames the other party. Be very careful what you join with this man.
