I ordered a pair of shoes on 3/6/14 and paid through Paypal. Though I never heard of the company, I bought from them specifically because I could use Paypal which I trust. The company website has in writing that it will ship an item you within 2 business days of the payment being cleared through Paypal. The payment was cleared immediately. I received confirmation if the payment from PayPall but never received any confirmation of the order from the company itself. I also never received any notification of shipment. When I check the company's website under my account, it says "processing" as of March 7 the day after I purchased. It is now March 17, and there has been no further updates, and I never received any communication from the company regarding the item being shipped. I emailed them on March 15 to inquire about the order, but they have not responded. I have opened a claim with PayPal to get a refund for the item. This company has fraudulent advertising, and I do not think they are legitimate even though they have a PayPal account. It’s also highly suspicious that they sell every shoe imaginable at heavily discounted prices.
