I ordered a set of what I thought where DrDre Headphones for my son for his birthday the website stated they were DrDre UK (Headphones-solo.com) after purchase I received an e-mail from mallpay saying successful order you should receive your item in 3-10 days I have not received my item as yet and have now passed all the details to Action Fraud in the UK the cost should have been £128.59 but I found they have taken £136.34 all emails to the company have come back unanswered and any
e-mail's to mallpay just come back undeliverable this has hit me hard as I don't work and had saved to get my son these earphones.just hope these people can be stopped.
