On 27/1/14 I clicked a box for Free Beauty Samples. I was then taken to a short survey and asked to apply for one of the deals that were free but had a postage charge. Unfortunately, any beauty product item I selected would not accept my state so I was unable to proceed. However, I was able to select an offer for a trial of Pure Garcinia Cambogia that was free except for a postage amount of USD$2.95. When I checked my Visa card I had been charged USD$159.00-a total of AUD$188.88 including a foreign transaction fee of AUD$5.47. As I have not been able to make direct contact with the company involved, wouuold you please advise the process to follow to get my money back. I have not yet received any product.
