I ordered a coat on this website and the sent me an e-mail from [email protected] that confirmed they took my money and an order number 36 that doesn't mean anything. on the website they say that they send a package tracking number the next day, however that never happened. It has been over three weeks now and they are not responding to my e-mails. There is no other way to contract this company.
