I have booked cat b theory test through online for my wife. The payment has already made but I haven't received any confirmation of booking date and time. It has been already more than 3 weeks. I did complaint many times through email. I even try to contact them, but the line are busy.

They didn't send me the receipt, but I have a picture of amount debited by book-your-theory-test. I tried to upload the photo,but it encountered a problem.
