Palmco is a scam. They say they will lower rates and then once they have you the prices 3-4 times more expensive than PSE&G. I have never in my life paid $700-$800 per month for gas bills. I tried calling them several times to speak to someone live and there are no wait times less than an hour. It's virtually impossible to reach someone live. I'm not even sure they had my written authorization to switch because I cannot speak to anyone to find out who authorized the switch to begin with.
