Thought I was filling out my change of address on USPS. Not the case. Noticed the charge to my bank that evening. Called my bank the next day. They where able to give me a number to call: 855-367-8667 Though they told me it may not work.
I called, got through, and had them refund me. Now I'm going to have to wait a few days to see if it actually went through.
Note: When I filled out the form, it was not listed that I would be charged the $39.95 or $1.00. If you don't see how much you will be charged, beware. I've learned my lesson. Also, there is no way to get back to that change of address from from their site. You have to search for "USPS change of address."
I hope this number works for you guys! Make sure you call your bank to dispute the charge if the number doesn't work.
