My order number was 100000274, I ordered Nike trainers from this website that was recommended on Facebook. When I tried to track and trace my order I found I couldn't.
There was a pop up chat screen on the website so I tried today to see where my order was. I also took screenshots of the entire conversation, they made me immediately suspicious when the answers weren't making sense and seemed like broken English. When I said I was suspicious the person wrote "he he he"
I panicked immediately and said I wanted a refund, they answered "why"
Then wouldn't answer my questions, have blocked me from their site and I can't get anybody to answer my emails.
I also think the site I paid through is fake, so I'm worried about that.
