On 2/11/14 I had a weak moment and placed on online order for Phytoceramides. As of today, 3/12/14 I have not received any product and have called this customer service number numerous times and keep getting the run around. They insist the product was shipped on 2/13/14 and the problem is with the USPS. I was given a USPS tracking number, which is invalid. The next time I called they added 2 more digits to the tracking #...again invalid. They have hung up on me several times after I keep insisting I want a refund.
This will be a hard lesson learned...but one I will not make again.
