In Aug, 2013 I used a 7 day free trial request for genealogy question. The service did not provide satisfactory data and upon receiving billing, I canceled the service. I have been receiving billing every month for that time , in spite of canceling the surface again. When I finally contacted them by phone to tell them to refund all moneys they recieved, they offered to refund only the latest billing. These people are obviously cheating thiefs and need to be punished.
