I was given the assurance of 100% quality training and placement by this company. But after enrolling in the SAP HR program, I received a very poor quality training, several hitches, internet problems with the online training, regular cancellations, among many. When I took up the matter with the concerned person Tejaswitha she kept giving me false assurances of changing the trainer, taking actions to resolve the problems. But ever nothing happened. I am now asking for a refund as promised, but they have stopped responding. Need help to get a refund. Thanks, Saswati
