I had applied for a payday type loan online(big mistake) and did initially sign up for the service since they guarenteed to find a lender. I change my mind on taking any loans. I then realized that there was a charge in February ( and I did not check in January) for 19.95 to continue the service. I called the customer service number 818-309-1344 to cancel the service. Seems the only way to locate my information is to use all the information required to hack into your account. I even asked her what she had on file for me to verify (in case the info was blank). She was not allowed to handle it that way. I explained I wanted to cancel this membership, she tried once to change my mind and the second time I requested to cancel, she said that she would honor my request and the account was cancelled. Will definitely monitor that account next month
