My husband, Arlen age 77, ordered this product on 2/24/2014, we did not receive it until 3/5/2014. Number 1, he did not understand the policy of calling by the 14 day period to cancel the order, nor did her realize that he was going to be billed $69.71 for the product. He would not have ordered the product for that amount of money. And we do not belive trying the product for 6 days tells us if it works or not.
