ordered two items through facebook as samples and only had to pay postage and packaging. which amounted to $13 (£8). today have noticed that the company has taken two more payments from me of £99 and £85. i was not aware that i was to pay anymore money as these were advertised as samples. my bank account is now overdrawn and the company is not willing to refund this amount.
