I requested a refund on April 24th LAST YEAR and even though the refund has allegedly been approved, months later the money has STILL not been refunded. I was promised yet again that the money would be paid by March 3rd and two weeks later, what do you know - still nothing! This organisation is sick and corrupt - I've taken this story up with various newspapers, added my name to petitions, lodged a complaint with the Western Cape Consumer Complaints board, and have contacted attorneys to take on this case.
I won't back down until I receive my money back!
