I ordered this product for 4.95 shipping and handling only and they charged my Visa on 2/5/2014 and 3/7/2014 for $97.88. I am furious. First of all, I just wanted to try it out and they said it was a free trial in February so I got the stuff, thinking they had charged me 4.95. I used it once, was allergic immediately and told them to discontinue the product because I couldn't use it. Today i got another package in the mail and was charged 97.88 , so I went to my Visa statement and it said that they had charged me in Feb. as well as today, which is March 7!! I called immediately, and they were closed but I was able to cancel automatically cancel. BUT, I want my Visa card given back 195.76 because the company ripped me off for 2 months worth when I thought all I had to pay was 4.95. I am calling them tomorrow when they open and get this taken care of. Trish
