I ordered two retail items from Rosewholesale.com. The order was paid by PayPal on 02/07/2014 18:46:10 PM.
The order arrived divited, first item arrived and as it didn't fit, and was of poor quality, I messaged them and asked for them not to send the second item, and asked for a refund for the second item. This was on Feb 20, 2014. 5 days letter, they replied and said that my second item is in back-order and they appologise, and they said that I can either order something else, or ask for a refund (which I had already done in my first message). I replied with the same message: Please do not send it, please provide with a refund. I replied on March 2, 2014.
Another 5 days pass and on March 7 2014 (16 day since my orinal message and request to not send the second item and to provide me with a refund) they send me another email saying that the item was just shipped how and I cannot ask for a refund.
I was no longer in the address provided, since I was staying there for a temporary work assignment. It took them more than 1.5 months to deliver my order, and the second item was shipped and will arrive well outside the delivery date that it was guranteed to me.
Now they are saying that since my order is shipped, I cannot do anything and it's my problem.
I am asking for a refund of $29.61 for the amount of the second items and delivery fee for the second item.
