Was contacted by a person saying he was hired by windows to fix problems on my computer n walked me through what did seem to be problem areas. Then said to fix them and a three year additional protection would be 99.99$ .Not being very familiar with these types of scams,I gave him my credit card number.Needless to say have filed a dispute with my credit card company hoping they can deal with this.Please beware!
