I signed up for a 13.99 trial and was automatically signed up for a autorenewal. and eh6y charged my account 87.93 two times and when I canceled the same day, they only cancelled one of the charges. Of course the company say that I am incorrect and they don't have a 13.99 trial. I am working with the bank to see if they can stop payment and also closed my card so no other charges could occur. This is such a scame and I didn't have the money for this to happen!!! What do we do?
