I had paid $499 to 247 to fix my computer. Includes Mcafee for 3 years. After 10 days got a call from 247 (Brandon Martin) stating my computer had been hacked and I must pay $500 my green money pack only. He had all of my correct info even with my credit card no. I am sure he was from 247. I am a retired old woman. Had to do this keep my savings safe. After 2 I called 247 back they said there is no Brandon Martin, and he was a hacker. Brandon had an heavy accent, he sounded like 247 techs. Then 247 took $499 again from me saying he was a hacker and I must use their tool to protect my computer. They all are bunch of frauds, I will not suggest anyone to have them in your computer.
