Well I am not alone in being scammed by this company,the really sad thing is I don't remember ever useing the product so maybe this is the only way they can keep the business going!
I will say that I have definitely learned a lesson and this wont happen again.
By the way I did call the company because I don't remember receiving the product, and there is no way they will give me a refund and what that says to me is this is no misunderstanding it's general practice.
