I downloaded itunes onto my phone in December 2014. The first payment to helpmedownload.com appeared on my January credit card statement for £45.82, which I didn't notice at the time. I did pick up on the the second payment for £9.88 in February and immediately contacted my credit card issuer. I had never heard of this company and would never sign up for this charge.
