In June of 2012 I contacted the firm mentioned above for a chapter 13 bankruptcy. the firm proceeded in telling me that they require a retainer of $2000.00 US dollars in order to process the application, plus further fees to be determined later. Once the retainer was collected the application did not go any where. then I got an e-mail from the firm stating that they could not file the application because they had trouble locating a law firm in my area that would handle the claim,in the meantime my creditors were after me, but the firm insisted not to pay them and to give my creditors their information. this back and forth process lasted for a long time. When I requested a refund of my retainer I kept getting the run around. the person that took care of this matter kept telling me that refunds are not her department but did not give me the name of the person who would, all she kept saying is that she will forward my request. recently I tried to e-mail the firm but the e-mail address kept coming back "undelieverable" when I tried to call them, the same person that was handling the case answered the phone then hang up on me after finding out my name. So I am out of luck trying to recover the 2000 which they collected.
