I took out an investment portfolio with SWF Investguide Financial Services on April 15, 2013. I did not fund the account until Dec.5 2013 when I wired $5,000 to SWF account at Barclays London. It was reflected on my online account. By Dec 8, 2013 SWF Investguide approached me with a mouth watering offer of an all expenses paid trip to Switzerland if I brought my account up to $10,000. I complied by wiring $5,000 on Dec 31 2013.
On Feb. 4 I applied to withdraw 4,000 from my account. I got an automated response asking me to await approval from the accounts department. Since then, there has not been any communication from SWF Investguide Financial Services. I have written three times to find out the fate of my withdrawal request to which there has been no response.
This silence is troubling and causing me sleepless nights. I would be happy if you can use your good offices to retrieve my investment and cut my losses.
Thanks
