I bought this recovery program to recover my lost photo's from my computer, after viewing my files i was taken to the page to enter my charge card, before that point i did not know I would have to pay anything for it, I figured it actually worked because I saw my files and selected what i wanted very carefully, this took hours. I lost that session after i paid I got an activation code and had to start all over, when I was done and tried to save what I had selected Iwas then taken to another payment page to buy an upgrade. i wont buy anthing else but I have wasted two days on this and I have nothing.
