I recently ordered a lady bag from the official Lonchamp store and got a charge from a 'Shine online S Beijing Trading Co.' from my bank statement taking $75 out of my account'. I never received a single email confirming my order or giving me tracking information on it. About 6 days after ordering it and not getting any feedback I realized that it might be a scam. I still haven't received the bag and now am confident that I got duped. Is there anything we can do to stop them? where should one complain when such a thing happen? how is it possible that these people are able to mask their website as it being the official one for the Lonchamp and swindle so many people? Does anyone have any info as to who to complain to so that this types of scam don't happen?
