After ordering free samples, for which I agreed to pay shipping, I was charged again on Feb.4, 2014 and Mar.6, 2014 the full price of the products. I did not receive any further products, only the samples. I was not able to find any information for HBM Supply Naturals, however I was able to contact them through "Beauty Mall (Super Beaute 877-321-9299CA" by calling the 877-321-9299 phone number. They are both the same company, and the customer service number works. I was able to request a credit and was provided with a credit reference number and was advised that the automatic charges have been stopped.
