the company took 68.99 from my debit card as application fee without my knowledge. I applied for refund . The customer service has been terrible . They agreed refund in 30 days . Its been 45 days now . When i called the customer care they tell that it will be refunded in 2 working days . Im still waiting . Pls stay away from merry wood .
