I ordered the Equinox Day n Night Serum & RVTL Anti-aging Cream. Paid the $4.94 & 3.95 (S/H) FOR A Free Trial. IT ARRIVED 11 DAYS LATER. I had to create a phony shipment to get contact information. When I searched the "fine print" I realized that there is NO free trial at all - I will be charged $99 if I don't cancel & return within 14 days of order date! They plan shipping so it arrives close to the end of the "14 day trial period" then they can charge your credit card. I called right away to complain & tell them I had not received any email confirmation or payment receipts. Also the boxes arrived 11 days after I initially placed the order without any order or company details. The customer service rep., Kevin Mendoza, agreed to give me an extended 14 day trial period & reduce price to $29. I called on the "14th day" to cancel, as I was unhappy with this product & asked where I returned the samples. I was told that my credit card would still be charged!

THESE BIG TIME, SCAMMERS USE DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!
