A indian sounding man had called my job on the morning of march 3, 2014 at 9:50am and asked to speak to me. He said his name is justin carter and he is calling in behalf of Cash Advance America and that i had not repaid a loan that I supposedly had appled for. He said i taken a loan of 300.00 dollars and my remaining balance is 811.00 dollars and if i don't repay it that they would sue me and I can get jail time. I told him i Never Taken out A loan with them and this is the first time i even heard of them.Then he said that we can settle this in court on thursday and he will send his officers to come get me if i Don't pay.Then he asked to speak to my manager so he can tell her what I supposely did.(AS IF) Then on the morning of march 5 2014 at 12:19 pm he called my job again and again I told him i never taken out a loan with them and for him to never call my job again then i hung up. He called again and my manager answered the phone and he threaten her that he can hold her responsible if she don't let him speak to me, I then grab the phone and told him to stop calling or I will Press charges. He didn't call but i wonder will he call again tomorrow. I need legal help in this. this is harrasment at it's worst for something i didn't do.
