They sent sample w shipping charges of 4.95 for a 2 week supply with instructions to use twice a day. It ran out in 5 days, folllowing the almost unreadable instructions on the bottle. I talked to a rep at 1-800-385-2561 and he told me they will give me till Mar 14 to try it than I can cancel or get bill ed for 89.15 for next shipment. This is a big scam, the ingredients are not worth anywhere near what they are charging.
