My complaint is the same as others. I ordered a report that was supposed to cost .95 plus tax for a total of $1.20. I got charged .95 immediately and then the next day got hit for another $17.49. When I called I was told that when I accepted the terms and conditions I also subscribed to a monthly membership. After going bonkers on the guy he said as a "One Time Courtesy" he would refund the $17.49. What a scam. I wonder how many people don't watch their charges closely and are continuing to pay these clowns. Wow!
