I paid more than $400 for sitemile.com's software. There were at the time, 10 themes (or different websites).

With the money I paid, I was told all the themes would be installed for me and also I asked if locations and categories could be entered in without all the work needed, and I was told that there were lists that could easily be entered in for me.

I was told it would take 2 days to install my software I had paid for. It took almost 2 months. After getting my software installed, only 1 of the 10 themes were installed, and 0 information was entered in for categories or locations. I was told that, even though I requested it and was told it could very easily be done for all my installations, it was not. In fact, I ended up having to install all of the themes myself.

So after 2 months and finally getting my themes installed, I start finding out there are many errors. I told Andrei (the owner) about these bugs, and now a year later after I have bought the themes, he has failed to do almost any updates.

He has lied directly to me and others on his own forum, over 200 times about when an update will be released. He has promised updates SINCE November 2013 to everyone. Personally he has promised me updates over 9 months now and has not delivered.

And still in 2014, for the past 4 months I have been having to re-send all my bugs/issues to Andrei. He still, promises the updates will come, but still, the updates never come.

Andrei has cost me over $400 in costs to him, and has cost me a full years salary, by lying to me for nearly a year about fixing problems. Also, he has cost me a lot of emotional distress due to the fact that he has lied almost a full year about making an update, to this very costly software I paid for.

Seeing how it is now 2014, and I bought this at the beginning of 2013, I want money for the whole worth of damages. I have been told every week that I would have updates for the 10 themes, and as well as, new themes would be released after the other updates are made. Also, in his own personal forums, updates have been promised 100s of times with nothing but a lie.

Since he has not done this, he has stolen my $400++ dollars, he has lied and cost me a job ($50,000) and as well as the emotional and physical, as well as monetary stress he has put upon me by lying personally to me, and taking my money without doing anything he has promised for a year now.

Andrei Isaic and Sitemile.com has lied to me and kept me waiting over a year for software I was told was turnkey software, and that I paid to have installed for me, that was never fully installed as promised.

I deserve over $1,000,000 for the distress and lies caused by this person and their company, due to the negligence caused by Andrei and Sitemile.com

Since November 2013, I have been lied to many times about a release for an update, as well as lied about new releases. I was told now over 30 times that I would already have updates for the issues I have told Andrei about that needed to be fixed. 3 themes of the 10 had updates made, but they still have issues that they do not work at all, or do not work as advertised. Also, the issues I have sent to Andrei over 6 times this year alone, he still asks me about as if he has no clue what I am talking about. As if, I had never told him there was an error even though he has told me many times he is already working on my problems, and as if, his software actually does work and that he has made updates to accommodate what I have told him. Also, as if, he makes regular updates. But he does not and has not made updates to the requests I and many others have made for over half of his themes, because they just simply do not work as advertised and some do not work at all. We have been lied to over and over and it is cost a lot of us months and years from a real life because we were relying on someone who the internet deemed as a safe person, but in reality he seems to be nothing more than someone stealing money from people for software that does not work at all as he advertises.
